I’ve spent more than 20 years leading teams and driving growth in sales, operations, and business development. I started at 4M Parts Warehouse right out of high school and eventually led the company as President & CEO, growing it from a single warehouse into a 20-location, $40 million operation. Along the way, I focused on building strong relationships—with employees, customers, and vendors—that turned short-term transactions into long-term partnerships. After successfully guiding the sale of 4M Parts Warehouse to NexaMotion Group, I continue to use my experience in mergers and acquisitions to help businesses grow the right way, with people and purpose at the center. Today, I work alongside founders as a resource and sounding board—helping them think ahead, strengthen their businesses, and stay in control of their outcomes, whether a sale is years away or already in motion.
